I come before you now down on my knees
Hoping that you’ll hear my humble pleas
I know that I do not deserve your grace
But yet I pray and seek your holy face

I need a touch, Lord, down in my soul
I need a restoration that will make me whole
I’ve fallen far away from you
I really don’t know what to do
Except to come and bow before your throne

I know that you can bring me through the loudest storm
I know that you can make the raging sea be calm
I know that nothing is too hard for you to do
I lift my hands and lift my voice to worship you

 I was sitting just inside the gates of heaven
 I arrived just yesterday and saw His face
 My Savior stood before me in His glory
 I bowed down to the ground and then I said
  
 You alone deserve my praise, Oh Lord
 You alone will I honor and adore
 I lift my voice to you
 It is all that I can do
 As I humbly bow before your throne
  
 He lifted up my head and led me onward
 I saw all the saints of old up ahead
 It was strange how I knew them in an instant
 As I walked along this is what they said

 As I humbly bow before your throne
  
 He led me to a table spread before us
 The marriage feast the Lamb had made for me
 I sat down at the table with the others
 Then these words we all began to speak

 Then the Lamb entered the room in royal splendor
 He sat down and said let the feast begin
